Keystone Builders dedicated to the development of new residential and commercial properties is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced construction supervisor to oversee daily tasks and actions at the job site.
Job description:
- The primary duty of the supervisor is to manage the entire on-site team to ensure that everything is done correctly and meets compliance.
- Overall knowledge of construction trades and applicable building codes.
- Ability to complete scope of project and immediately recognize and communicate change orders and how they affect budget and timeline.
- Capability to read and understand architect and engineering plans.
- Meet or exceed project budgets and schedules, including lining up subcontractors and pre-ordering long lead materials.
- Coordinate with owners to update timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and laborers.
- Knowledge of construction supplies and equipment.
- Level-headed, logical thinker
- OSHA certification
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
